Cat5 wire that gets the job done.I have pulled a lot of this through attics and have yet to have an issue. I always go by the measurement stamp (every two feet) and subtract what I need. Then I write it on the box so I know at a glance how much I have left. Great product and cheaper than the supply house I usually go to.
